THE EVENT CONTEXT

The Perodua event involved guest registration, an equipment rental station and a queue beside the ceremony stage. Each part had its own task to manage during the event.

CHECK-IN SYSTEM

Welcome guests at registration.

The registration area used a tablet and QR scanner for check-in. The footage shows the station alongside guests arriving.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL SYSTEM

Support the rental station.

A dedicated tablet-and-scanner setup sat at the equipment rental counter, bringing the rental system to the point of service.
